Yeah I can get 30 kills in a match easy with my ADV combat rifle, HMG, or Scrambler, but all of those I have at least Prof 4 in and several other skills, AND I have to use damage mods with all of those weapons. Would I use a fitting like this in the future? Absolutely not. Prototype weapons are a waste of fitting space and cost too much. I laugh at players that have to use proto just to get as many kills as I can with ADV weapons (mainly my HMG vs all of the noobs with boundless). I laugh at all the kaalikotia users as I run with my STD. Then I laugh when I realise the RR takes no skill and any monkey can make 50-60 kills with it.

Any scrub (Like me) can get a high number of kills. Doesn't really matter once I tell you I died 14 timed, and lost half the matches earnings. Looking for a Interesting Character Name? Why Not Zoidberg?

I do have a 6K assault fit that includes a basic RR with 1 level in RR. I can easily do just as well if not better with the RR. Even with more range then the AR the CR requires you to get well inside the range of the RR and thus expose yourself along the way. That range renders like 4 million SP useless more often then not.
