Dont want to loose an expensive suit with your tank as well. 2. Read the other team before dropping a tank. If there are rails, blasters and missile tanks on the other side dont drop a tank. you gonna die. 3. Never ever ever ever get out of your tank unless it is to save your clone cause your tank is about to die or if your going to recall it. If your even on my squad and you leave your tank for 30 seconds Im gonna take it. If your recalling it then I wont be able to do this. 4. Dont spend too much SP in it since in 2.8 only proper tanks will be left and youll be wasting your time with not nearly enough sp to make a difference. 5. spec into AV if you must. Look, a squad mate gets out of his tank for literally 10 seconds to scan why are you jumping in their tank, knowingly, and going off to get it killed? It's a d*ck move 4. Not likely 5. I'm sorry to contradict you, but I would argue that I am the very definition of "part time tanker". I play with my tank alt less than 5% of the time -- usually after I cap my main out and want to play around a bit. Perhaps you meant noob tanker or something similar?
