Why can't you do the obvious thing, get a Cap', and then use it as your CEO?

Its very likely the Xer Clound Consortium could be disbanded one day by a random EVE capsuleer based on the funny way things worked out with shares. Yes, the guy who arranged the transfer rowdy Railgunner held up his end of the bargain and transfered the CEO title and the shares back. However once you become a dual eve/dust corp shares can no longer be retained by a dust merc and will be automatcially transfered to the next available eve director, in this case Prof K (you must research my corp to learn his full name) who holds all 1000 of our shares. This is actually kind of exciting. I tried to track him down when I started and Eve account but no luck. Maybe you can do better.

I do want to write a challenge to see if we can accelerate this matter to either return shares to now Eve toon Jadek Kin/Space balls the Capsuleer or disband me throught election from the corporation.

This challenge will award 360 tickets for the successful brokering of either path. Yes, I'll say it again. I will award 360 tickets for the Dust challenge lottery if can kick me out of my corp or transfer shares all 1000 shares to a Eve player I control. Bear in mind I don't have a PS3 on me so I cannot give directorship privledges to new member however all current players besides Prof K. are directors so they may accept you aboard.

Apparently so. I still have the ability to hire new mercs, but those shares were just floating around in the open, ripe for the taking. Remember, Xer Cloud Consortium has a policy of appointing everybody to the position of director. Either Prof K took them or they were applied to him de facto as the next available director in line.

I restarted corp management to get this settled. You don't deserve to go out on a technicality that CCP overlooked.

As for corp capacity, I saw the Rubicon 1.3 patch notes in regards to corporations.

This is also a time when I wished we had corp mail access on the forums like EVE players do.

How exactly do you make more shares by doing this?

Since I would be CEO I could propose an action to create corp shares then after it ends put it into effect. It should allow me to do it even though I would have no shares as I would be CEO.
