Apparently "stuff" and "things" will be done to the people who get caught. I suspect that may be what was going on in that thread last week about the person who's Dust (not forum) account got banned. Though, tbh, CCP should just have someone sit on the Oceania server all week, they can catch all this themselves very easily.
