Basically, any of them with a name indicating they might be outside your area code.
You know why? Because CCP's netcode sucks horse**** and will basically slit your throat for them.
They won't dodge, but none of your bullets will connect. They won't shoot, but you'll be dead before you see them spasm around the corner. you'll be killed by grenades that have yet to be thrown. Scouts will literally teleport across the field just to shotgun you then teleport back where they were.
Oddly enough, when you're not dealing with severely crippling lag, they die like they're made of tissue paper, almost like they know the lag is on their side and don't bother even trying to dodge or use any kind of tactics. Kinda weird, that.
If you hear the words "WORTH IT!" look about, something hilarious just happened.

The best was sneaking up on a guy, and railing the back of his head in half with my ACR only for none of the bullets to register, him to teleport behind me, and kill me in a billionth of a second.
It's moments like that which make me realize something: Dust is a terrible game. We all use CoD as an example of what not to strive for, but at least it ****ing works most of the time, not just some of the time.

Just force regional servers and kick people from matches if their ping is higher than 400 for more then 2 minutes.
If someone wants to play US servers make them have to find a squad leader from near US.
If someone wants to play EU servers make them have to find a squad leader from near EU.
Their netcode is perfectly functional when their servers aren't crapping itself and both parties have a decent connection.
