I would like some advice on how to use it. Right now I am contemplating wether to spend it on Assault Dropship, and have a little left for cloaks or save ~950,000 to go to protocloaks when they come out, and have none left for Dropships.
Now here's a crucial question:
About how much SP will it take to fit a decent Dropship?
Will it take more than 1.5 million? Or even more?
The biggest threat to my scout is everything.

Just my two ISK, keep building that stockpile for the 1.8 in March. You never know that you may want to go in another direction.

Yeah, seems the best right now. Hope we get a respec to change scout race from Minmatar, even though I would be ok with it if we don't.

If you haven't already I can't recommend enough doing your core skills (dropsuit upgrades tree).
I have 18 mil SP and the only suits I've skilled into is the basic heavy, almost all of it is in dropsuit upgrades.
Those skills can turn a standard suit into advanced, and advanced into proto.

well i feel a bit uninformed as i have not bothered to look it up, but are cloaks going to be an equipment, or a module? And i'm assuming it would be an active module from the stats, how would that work? >.>
there's never been an active module.

its not enough for ADS at all
most ADS pilots use proto turrets to be effective and those alone will take a big chunk of SP
then your gonna need those passive skills for your modules and skill up the modules also
I had an alt sitting on 8 million SP and it wasn't enough to skill my gunni to where I want it

That's not enough SP for ADS.
Also with this heavy event going on an ADS is the last thing you want. Welcome to forge-town population: 18763 pilots...dead pilots.
We can pickle that.

If I had a million SP right now I would blow it on the Dropsuit Upgrade skills that benefit all suits. There are 10 of them;
Armor Upgrades, Biotics Upgrades, Core Upgrades, and Shield Upgrades
Dropsuit Electronics, Dropsuit Engineering, Systems Hacking
Profile Dampening, Range Amplification, Scan Precision.
Edit: I would work on getting as many III's as possible after that to unlock a wide variety of ADV suits, mods, equipment, and weapons.
