No. It belongs to kain. Ownership has nothing to do with who is CEO in dust or eve in a corp. CCP has never given the CEO of a corp the ownership of it. Shares matter. Not only that, but techincally AE. is impersonating AE corp owned by kain. If kain wanted to he could force AE. to change its name and there isn't a damn thing zaria or kujo could do about it. That said, kain has always known this and couldn't be bothered with it.

Should have just asked for the corp from kain instead of being dicks about it and making new AE.

Well we took the safe route which was to make a new corp just incase Kain said no or tried to do something funny. After all it is the EVE Universe. And I keep hearing its harsh.

Also I don't know bout a name change... We won the NA prime leage tournament under AE so it'd be weird for them to have us change the name.

Impersonation is a slight different definition in this case.
