Please tell me the average cost for a Heavy BPO.

Around 300 million isk because the only way you will get that is a Templar Pack,
you'll get a Assault Suit, Logi Suit, Scrambler Rifle, Scrambler Pistol, and Laser Rifle also.
What do you post in the war room when CCP is gone and PC is locked? 14:44 [CCP]Logibro: Not Anime.

Templar pack/uplink is really the only thing available for trading at the moment.

I've got the Dren Heavy I might be willing to part with. No different from the Templar heavy except it's brown. |

Probably 65 mil when people can trade
Templar will be 75 or 85 mil due to having to buy 300$ pack for it...
