You wouldn't have the time to place down 2, I would just nom nom you with my freedom assault HMG.

Re-read that post. well i get some people consider capping out as just getting proto hmgs, but i wouldn't get out of bed for proto weapons, I only consider sp worth trying for.
Neither would i but i don't know anyone who thinks capping is like that. 1500 kill a day, i only know of a few players who could come close to that.
