Seriously just give a rough estimate.
For myself I'd say around three melee kills. The AR rushing of HALO will never be a thing in DUST so we definitely will never have to worry about that.
I could list the ways how we Amarr are better than you, but your lesser mind wouldn't comprehend it.

Three as well. First one was because I was trying to sprint but melee'd instead and hit a Scout that was sprinting perpendicular to me. Another was when I was using my Sever Logistics suit as a sniper. I thought my shots were quite loud and then I was wondering why my shots were kind of having a lag echo. Nope, turns out that there was enemy Logistic sniper right next to me. We turned at each other the same time. He tried to do a no scope to no avail. I managed to beat him to death with my mighty elbow and sniper club. I know call using a Sniper Rifle's melee attack the Tusken Raider.
Third was a melee kill with the PS move. Only took like 5 straight hours to get it... |

Probably around 30 or so, I made an alt just for Melee, but gave up because I couldn't sneak up on enemies because I was always getting scanned. I probably have enough SP on it to spec into Dampeners now though. I should probably check on it. It was a blast while I was in academy, but outside of it it's too frustrating.

About 3 or 4. I NEVER use melee, even when I'm right beside an enemy.

In chrome I used a LR on a logi so I had no sidearm, I would get at least one a day. Now that I don't use the LR on a logi anymore and my Amarr logi has a sidearm I get about one a month.
During chrome I would hose them with the laser and then rush in for the melee. It worked more often than not if I was under medium range. People underestimate the LR and then try to rush in to close the gap and make it less effective, it was a big mistake because by the time they got to me they would be in low armor and I would melee them. I do miss the melees I used to get. I had a 2+ KDR in chrome because I led squads, I don't have the time for all of that now and I am down to a 0.65 KDR.

I was in a squad with this guy called Swish Swiss today.
He runs a bunch of myofibrils on a Callassault. He just ran through this pack of enemies and they melted to his melee.
He died a lot, but it was pretty amazing.

I won't turn down that kind of damage if they are close. I have even beat down a heavy sniper from full armor. It was pretty intense though, got the ol thumper pumpin.

Probably between 15 and 25.
When someone is unaware of my presence, I will normally give them a few rounds, then go in for the melee kill when they don't have a lot of health.

I know I've got more than 100, it has to be, I've spent a lot of time hunting snipers and smacking them in the back of the head as well as "trigger, trigger, gun butt". I had a period where I did everything I could to beat reddots to death, whether that was sneaking up behind them and gun butting them or TTGB in CQC.
