Amarrian Heavy Laser
Basically this is how I view the Amarrian heavy laser to be - a short charge time that allows for a beam to be shot, and a semi auto mode with a far lower ROF than the SCR that shoots pulse lasers.
Basically I view the Amarrian heavy laser to be a heavy variant of the SCR...this clip from the movie just really captured the way I foresee it.
I could list the ways how we Amarr are better than you, but your lesser mind wouldn't comprehend it.

I am hoping will be just a big version of the LR. Around the same look and works the same except made for vehicles.
The Heavy Laser Machine Gun would be similar to out current HMG but with longer range, tighter spread and a nice pew pew sound to go with it.

That's how I see the SCL
Long ranged charged shot for high Alpha with high chance of over heat and large feed back, or moderate DPS short range semi auto shots.

That weapon was barely used in that clip, I want to see more.
