I'm staying with minmatar like I always have been. My second choice would be gallente.

I don't use the Vanilla Scrambler, so the heat build up has little effect on my Ascr (though, with Prof V, I should consider it). I only use the Shotgun in the Gallente tec field, so, a bonus to all their weapons is still useless on an assault suit (plus I've been running it since Uprising). I've been trying to be a good boy and not use Rail Rifles, and I hope that trend can continue. I have been using the hell out of my ACr's as of late, and I love my MD, so, Minmatar makes the most sense. Plus, having 100,000+ LP will help cut cost. xSivartx is my Heavy. There are many like him, but he is my own... So, other Logi's back off, those are my Warpoints!

If the medium frames change to fit the trend of the lights & heavies for which we have the stats, then definitely an armour focused Amarr. Stacked reps & dmg mods (cpu intensive) on a Scrambler fitting (pg intensive) will be godly. No.
