How can I get my cpu and pg up so I can fit a complex 120mm plate, complex armor hardener, complex shield hardener, complex shield extender, cru, proto missle turret, small blaster turret, and a small railgun turret?
Tank are my favorite red dots to kill. KILL, KILL, KILL, KILL............

You can't. There is no skill that increases the amount of CPU/PG on a vehicle, there are skills, however, that lower the CPU/PG usage of modules and turrets, such as Large Missile Turret Fitting Optimization as well as the Shield and Armour Fitting Optimization skills, but I doubt even with these maxed out that you will be able to fit all of that. You are simply going to have to make a few compromises, because alas, that is the way of vehicles.

Lol, first of all you aren't supposed to use armor mods. It is a shield tank. However, you can mount limited armor and it helps as a small buffer for infantry AV. You won't be able to fit both big armor and big shield defense though.
The fitting skills though will help. There are fitting skills under each turret and the general turret skill gives optimization. Also, there is the fitting skills under the armor and shield skills. Takes a long time and a lot of sp to get up to those.
CCP has purposely made it next to impossible to fit everything and be a super tank. Small turrets cost a lot of pg/cpu and are meant to be a choice between that and a better tank. Even then the defense is not going to be a lot of shields and armor both.
