Not necessarily true. I have met many of women, who maintained a very strong physical build while remaining slender, and proving to be better than a man of similar build.
Generally men are stronger than women simply because men tend to be taller and hormones in men help acquire muscle mass quicker. Women can become stronger than weak men, it is just more difficult for them.

The only thing that makes me angry is when people, usually males, scold me for not giving females special treatment.
