And really wouldn't anything with a few advanced/proto dampeners equate to less than 15 dB? I remember when trying out dampeners on my alt, a militia medium Gallente suit got more stealth than a basic light frame, because it had more low slots. Please sign my 1.8 respec petition

Every scout post 1.8 will be able to get passed by advanced scanners passively. Minmatar Scouts lose the dampning bonus for hack.
