The changes to suits and skills are fundamental.
Make it so you have to open a ticket like last time, so people who are happy with their SP alloc don't have to pick and choose again if they don't want to. |

I'll second it on the condition that all skills and items are released with the potential for reallocation.
However, any "balance" changes (i.e suit/weapon buffs/nerfs) would occur with 1.8.1 at a random time chosen by CCP after all re-allocations have been enacted.
Let the FoTM faeries cry a river for us all to bathe in.
