Rail Rifle is point and pull and one person dies> Either you or your enemy, put a dot over him and he dies.
Combat Rifle has such large magazines, laser accuracy from the hit and DPS I can burst down people form the hip at 30-40m
AR I would say is having a rough time of it, and in terms of competing with the other rifles......requires a deft hand.
ScR since I am heavily biased, and its a semi auto weapon. Amarrian weapons require shot placement to be effective, and as a result of that shot placement gain a lot of power as your reward.
I would even go out on a limb to sat the AR variants require the most skill to use.

Those aren't Rifles are they? well, no but... =_= I just want to be known for something cool. so I'm just looking for a weapon to main, and it can be anything (that fits on a scout). I opened this thread to see what people find the hardest to use so I can be that much more awesome (or pitiful, depending on how I do).
Laser Rifles require skills but they are niche weapons by design, they require skill in a different manner.
If you mean weapons to main I suggest you look at something like the TAR, possibly in future the Bolt Pistol, or maybe even the Mass Driver.

Tell that to Cyrius. He mained an SMG on a Min Assault and mopped up heavies, assault and Logis in CQC. SMG is very good.
