Link to what some people think would save this game What Would save this game at Fanfest? . How much longer would it be wise to have dust on the ps3? I think that the population on the ps3 will last around till 2016 at the most. But I'm no expert on this , opinions ? Don't make it easy for them, take a few down with you.

EVE has been running 10 years and i've read on here that there were as many issues at its initial launch as there currently is here. Was meanign to add Activision in there as they are the significant force behind destiny and CoD... seeing how they shipped 1 billion dollars worth of retail units for CoD Ghost.

It has improved dramatically since 1.0, but most people still consider it unoffically in beta. The PS4 launch will be like a major re-release, with a fresh set of reviews, and media attention. It will be the best chance to re-invent itself and build a massive playerbase. DUST needs to be in a good place in terms of gameplay, NPE, and the link to EVE before undertaking the major effort of porting to next gen hardware. I'd say at minimum we need a solid NPE, the missing Amarr/Minmatar versions of the existing vehicles/turrets, 2 more heavy weapons, the P2P market, PC 2.0 and balancing mostly figured out before CCP starts porting to the PS4. We really should have all of the racial MCCs, RDVs, and at least one large socket complex from each race also, just to make the game feel less incomplete. PvE is a possibility, although I'm not certain it would be mandatory before moving to the PS4. In my signature is a link to how CCP should do PvE. It would be amazing, but would also take significant time to do. I expect getting the essentials done should be doable by the fall, and then CCP should make a hard push to get the PS4 version released by fanfest 2015. Best PvE idea ever!

Expanding your horizons doesn't necessarily mean sticking to one game. Right now we barely have what's suppose to keep dust unique (you know... the link to EVE and this being and MMO). Unless we have more of that people don't have much of a reason to be here when Destiny or The Division comes out.
