Not sure if your issue is AUR not being added to you wallet, but if it is then relog helps.

I go to buy 30 passive booster. I click on buy, says i need aurum. Sends me to get aurum window, i go to buy aurum and PSN has an error.

PSN error seems trickier - try reloggin onto your PSN (reboot the whole system that is).
If that doesn't help maybe contact [email protected] or try buying AUR on computer browser?

As I previously stated you can buy in online via the Dust 514 main webpage, which will redirect you to the PSN store. When you buy the Aurum, it will be automatically added to your Dust account.
