I had a game a few weeks ago where, after realizing my team couldn't hold an objective, I put my uplinks down before calling in an LAV. Got a huge amount of kills by a single objective. I think I taught them to look both ways before crossing the road. Sometimes I miss never seeing tanks in a battle... then I remember the mystical flying soma, and I can't help but smile.
