Levi, it may be do to boosting. CCP may take a while to sift through all the complaints, so even if you did it weeks ago you may be getting banned now.

So because they updated the EULA everyone's alts that they spent over a year playing on need to be banned/deleted? Doesn't make sense to me, you were banned for another reason. A real gaming company would tell you how long your banned for. I've sent emails out sent support tickets in set up a forum post and I haven't got one single word yet don't talk to me about rules, when half the people who play this game don't know any of the rules to the game.

I have a friend who doesn't own a PS3 but has a PSN account and a DUST character on mine. And I know more than a couple "DUST couples". I can't imagine this actually being a thing CCP would do.

I share a ps3 with my roommates, they all made dust accounts but no longer play on them. I use them from time to time. There is no logical reason for which my situation would warrant a ban.

Yeah, they're not going to ban someone for more than one account per PS3. There are plenty of PS3's around the world that are shared by two or more people. They're not going to make people either use the same account or buy a new PS3 to play.
Last time I looked at the EULA it said one account per license, not per PS3. And you get a license by making an account.
