I think this is the best place to post this post.
A partner and I run a corporation called 'Grade No.2'
It is a training corporation that assists new players and helps them transition.
You'll learn about all the items: Weapons, dropsuits, equipment, and how you can apply it to suit your needs.
You'll learn about vehicles: How to use them, destroy them, and avoid them.
You'll learn about squads and teamwork: How to form them, direct them, utilize them.
You'll learn about the Skilltree: How to navigate it, plan it, and calculate it.
You'll learn about ISK: How to generate it and turn profits.
You'll learn about roles: Logis, Assaults, Scouts, Heavies and finding what your best at and enjoy the most.
After 7-days of being a member, you will receive 1,000,000-ISK to help you purchase items and skills to train.
How to Apply:
-Enter your 'NEOCOM' Menu and scroll down to 'Corporation'
-To the upper-left, you will see a tab labeled 'Search'
-Enter: Grade No.2 (enter exactly as show here)
-Apply to corporation!
All players with under 200,000WP will be accepted.

You set up an academy corp huh? Well the learning coalition is currently the "All mighty school of schools" alliance. If you guys are good at what you do then I'm sure they'll accept you guys. The more players willing to teach these newberries the better the quality of pub matches.

I already picked up 4 guys and I'm launching them ahead on the learning curve a lot.

As Alpha mentioned, the Learning Coalition is a Coalition of training Corps, training Groups, and individuals from other Corps who like to give new players a leg up in their free time.
While the demographic you are going after is the same as my Corp, Immortal Guides, your approach seems to be a little different. I donGÇÖt give out ISK for instance. I am sure there would be room for both Corporations to coexist within the Learning Coalition if you are interested in joining up. We share many resources through the Learning Coalition chat channel.
So, Chuckles, if you want Grade No.2 to be a Corporate member of the Learning Coalition, just post up here to say so, and I will include your Corp in our promotional material.
