The Assault Dropship called "Incubus"
It means (as Oxford dictionary states) - "a male demon believed to have sexual intercourse with sleeping women."
Guess it makes a little bit of sense because dropships or "fallen angels" descend from the heavens and "****" the infantry. Found this out while studying for a vocab test. Where does CCP get these names from? lol

Gallente name a lot of their items with Greek/Mediterranean themes.
Amarr deal a lot with...prophetic and...religious type themes, bad way to put it but that's the best I could think of.
Minmitar names are usually animals or storms...or just random.
Caldari, who cares. |

Many of the names come from mythology or history. A lot of the aurum item names, though... I think they just sit around slapping "cool" words together until someone goes "Whoah breh, that sounds pretty sick!" and they all high-five each other. |

Think about it. All of the DEVs are Caldari, and those who aren't wear our portraits in shame.
Caldari Gear > Gallente Heathen Gear.
The only thing you have going for you is Quafe. And even they decided that the Caldari was so good, that they had to make their own Caldari Dropsuit.

Minmatar also use norse mythology. Caldari use bird names in EVE. Here that has been dropped. Gunnlogi I found is a sword.
But yeah, my female pilot flies the incubus. It feels like intercourse when flying it. Lo. Bonk chicka wow wow.

To finish off what kirk left out
Minmatar are also name their ships after Nordic gods (which is what kirk probably took as "random"), and the Caldari name their ships after birds (some exceptions)
