I'm looking for an experienced and active corp. I considered myself a casual player a few months ago, but I'm becoming increasingly active and dedicated to this game. I'm not necessarily looking for a corp active in PC, however that would definitely be a plus.
My passion in this game is with the scout suit, but I'm skilled into a few other suits for situations where scouts aren't viable. I have a total of 16.5 mil SP and intend on dedicating myself to cal scout once 1.8 hits.
I'm located in the Pacific Timezone and average 20-25 hours a week in game. I'm in my early twenties and live up to the laid back California stereotype. While I'm not much of a chatterbox, I work great with a team. I'm not looking for a corp that is immature or a corp that takes this game too seriously. I'm looking for solid corp that I can contribute my skills to and have fun at the end of the day.

The Defenders are looking for ACTIVE Mercs of all experience levels who are looking for regular squadmates and a sense of community. We are a group of gamers who promote and enjoy a positive gaming experience. Even though we are proud of our accomplishments as far as Kills and WP on the corporate and monthly leaderboards, we are not concerned with K/D stats. We would rather focus on a team dynamics instead of promoting a super star super "slayer" attitude within our ranks. At this point in the game, we do live by the "Adapt or Die" motto because simply put..Adapting is THE only choice in New Eden. I offer weekly training sessions for those who would like to learn a few tricks or just the main concepts of Merc-ing. We require a DRAMA FREE environment for our members as well as other simple regulations having to do with severity of profanity as we have female, young, and parental members. Mics are not required as long as you can listen and follow squad commands. Those with Mics are asked to be reasonable and disciplined so that commands can take place. Even though we are very ambitious and have several visionaries, PC is not worth our time at the moment but we are looking to be trained and ready to invade or conquer for the Day CCP fixes Planetary Conquest. We are good friends with 703rd, Noran Clad, and NCM and squad up with their members often. If you are looking for a leadership role, our current goal is to create specialized divisions for: Vehicle, Snipers, Logi, Heavy, Scouts and EU players.
We are determined to make a name for ourselves in Dust and invite you to be part of that Journey.

If you don't mind giving me a measure of your activity and battlefield role/sp, can you post your weekly stats for:
kill count, kill/death ratio, win/loss ratio, and what you you use as far as weapons/suits and equipment (if any) along with lifetime skillpoints?

Horizons' Edge has been around for more than a year now. Our mercenaries have several months of playtime experience, and some of us have been around since the beginning of open beta. The SP range of Horizons' Edge's mercenaries goes from 6 million through 22 million. Corporation squads are frequently run on a daily bases.
Horizons' Edge is a laid back corporation that is taking the necessary steps to be competitive. Many of our players are calm, level headed folk, but that does not mean who do not get caught up in the game every once in a while.
Horizons' Edge primarily operates within the EST/CST regions, this is the only discrepancy in which our timezone's differ.
Horizons' Edge is not a participate in PC, but we'll get there when we get there.
