A long time ago I witnessed when folks were made to ride in the back of the bus, no service at dinners, clubs, etc.
It was a time of discrimination with no real basis other than Jim Crow "laws"..
Be it right or wrong the vehicle folks look like the white guy.
The infantry folks look like the black guy.
The white guy got a respec.
The black guy did not.
I remember when despite city laws the black community did a do not ride for busses and no not eat at any place that practiced discrimination..
I wonder will folks do a do not play event??

Vehicle skills were respecced because the entire tree was changed. As far as i know, the infantry skill tree isn't being completely altered. That being said, I still believe infantry should get a respec. |

What do you call the suit changes if not a massive overhaul of a large part of infantries skill tree not to mention the other branches being affected by the suit changes

Beside the fact that the changes to the suits will change the majority of people's play style, the equipment they use, the modules they use, and the weapon they use with any particular suit. We've also have a new piece of equipment and changes being made to existing equipment, changes to modules (at least one), as well as there being changes made to weapons.
Yeah, I'd call that a massive overhaul of the infantry skill tree; and that's from what we know is going to happen. There's all sorts of other things that could happen as well that we can only hope to guess at.

Forcing us into amarr suits in order to wield heavy weapons from launch through 1.7, then adding racial options in 1.8 = major overhaul. Not a fan of respec option by any means, but see it as necessary at this point. It will be extremely interesting to see how the new suit options change the face of the battlefield.
Give us a respec, but suit command only & please let it be the last.
