LOKUN has never had any fees with having people in.
Every CEO is part of a council that helps make improvements to the Alliance and make necessary changes to evolve with the game.

one flaw i don't have an eve pilot in my corporation and even so i wouldn't trust them, perhaps you guys could lend me one ( one you trust) they can make my corporation join your alliance and after my corp is part of your alliance he could return to his/hers parent corporation ? (my corp is primarily a dust 514 corporation ... ) |

As I said in the FAQ, we have pilots. I have an alt that I use personally to get applications submitted and flag Rhistel to accept them.
