Once you can run at least advanced equipment, and have all your core skills maxed out.
Core skills help all suits, at least being able to run advanced everything (In your play style) should mean that you have the basics of how to play down pat and even if you just run MLT gear, you will do better than the average player who just jumps in with out any real skills built up.
I am here to ask you one question, and one question only: EXPLOSIONS?
