Dude I love how modular dropsuit fitting is, in fact I tend go over max when trying out roles and then their tiers mltstdadvpro, and that the appearance of a killing machine be it the suit or the weapon itself makes no difference

If ccp cant allow us to fiddle with that (for monetizing purposes, i guess it's ok cuz it's F2P after all, or what not)
then when they do release this kind of vanity item do it so most can enjoy it
TL;DR I'm glad they did it but do things right not "half as$edly"

Dust is nominally an MMO, and Valentine's events in MMOs are actually fairly common. They are also typically not exclusive in the sense of using material that it only relevant to some fraction of the playerbase. Kagehoshi's gripe about all this released content that's "curiously" locked into suit-choices as they existed pre-launch is quite on point. There's something vaguely ironic about the majority of post-launch content only including the pre-launch race/role combos.
That said, it's a silly manufactured holiday, and I doubt the offering or the holiday will be observed in any noticeable way by the community in general.
Dren and Templar equipment stats, wrong since release.

No need, that is why it is a limited release item and one that could be valued highly in the future. Not everything needs to be released in all suit types. Evenutally, the suit you wear will get love.

The Gallente assault suit will never "get love" gone since may with a shield bonus, on an armor based suit, now they are gunna reduce hipfire spread ....
I understand the "limited" idea, but its always caldari when it comes to assalt suits ALWAYS, not everything needs to be released in all suit types but I would like a change once in a while, our only other suits are 'NEO' (pay real money) or 'Federal' which asks to lose isk to gain a sit that doesn't even have a unique look.
As for the event: Rewards 10/10, the event 1/10 we just did this with scouts...boring how about X3 LP event so FW is actually worth doing.

addmitedly i think CCP need ot get out this fixed routine of the old racial suit types and release all 4 racial versions of a suit. i mean its not rocket science is it. all assault are black and white, all logis are yellow n black. where its white you change it to purple and voila you got a quafe suit.
and having all 4 versions would also probs sell more. not only that but 'quafe' is frickin gallente so it'd make more sense it being a gallente assault not caldari

They did this with the Christmas thing. Now I have 24 Quafe Scout suits I can't use because I'm trained in Minmatar. There isn't even a Player Market for me to sell them on. |

Honestly I don't understand why so many people are complaining over an Item that CCP chooses to release. Would you like it if they dont release any new limited edition suits? Be grateful They're doing this, and for the love of god, this is a free to play game. You aren't forced to buy anything
