The simple fact is that we created district locking. Look at it from CCP's point of view. Constantly babysitting every single on of you just to please you. Its all of our faults for exploiting in the first place. I'm tired of ppl complaining about it all. You decided to lock your districts Dust players. CCP on behalf of simple minded Dust players. The unfortunate reality is, CCP probably can't or won't take action against players doing something that CCP didn't declare an exploit and tell people not to use. It'd be kinda ex post facto to act in that fashion at this point.
Realistically, CCP should've weekended a fix for PC, like they did for infinite orbitals. And they should ban people for using exploits instead of reporting them.
But since they didn't, there's probably little to nothing they can do there. Except maybe flood the economy with EVE ISK and render all this DUST ISK near worthless in comparison. ;)
