Maybe cause I'm a much better player then I was a year ago, maybe cause I don't care about my K/DR anymore. I don't know but I'm having a lot of fun. Plus I got two of my awesome go-to fits that are fun as hell to run. Menace go BOOM!!! fit Gal Scout 2 enhanced damps MD FlayLock Locus nades REs Shied I think Blow **** up! Speeeed fir Min Light 2 basic kins Militia shotty So I can either blow you up or run up to you and shoot you fast. Or am I doing it wrong? I wanted to be officially Minmatar and couldn't live with ugly caldari av and race. I decided I'd roll with scout and will only use Matari gear (weapon and dropsuit wise) so I'm rocking CR, SMG and either RE, AS or DU. I play mostly FW for...yep, the Republic! When Domination came along I lost all interest in skirmish. It used to be all I played and then suddenly it was a chore to play. Made sense that a role that was about to be getting cloak and hacking bonus should be a skirmisher so got stuck in with the goal of gtting lvl 10 standing and collecting all the Republic gear. This is all super rewarding in itself because I love the look, lore, battlefield mantra and equipment of the Matari, hence why I started a new merc...Really identifying with a race in this game, shedding my slow ass logi specialisation for the speedy chaos and subterfuge of the scout, getting into FW and collecting loyalty gear etc...it's just made the game so much better for me. I really couldn't give a ** about the imbalances and cause I'll keep bettering my Min scout, earning more LP, going further in ranks and have fun with my new fav class. I have level 5 anti bitterness/jaded vet syndrome/butt devestated keyboard warrior and am just enjoying the out of playing and being part of such an epic work in progress. 1.8 is going to rock despite the current kinks in bonus parity and I bet there's lots of other cool ** too. Anything else is now pointless for me, not statistically speaking or anything like that, just from where I stand having played for almost 2 years now. 1.8 Respec = Me having fun as what I've always been at heart 1.8 No Respec = Lots of passive SP, playing my old PS1 games and some others till April, then ESO like my life depends on it. I pretty much only use my BPO heavy now, but I'm skilled into proto basic heavy, forge, HMG, AR (don't be hatin'), then all the upgrades and what not, and then I'm about 2/3 through my Incubus build right now. So, assuming a full infantry respec, I would finish up my Incubus build, and probably have about 9 or 10 million to pour into shotgun Gallente scout, which I would take as high into proto as I could. I show this to everyone, maybe you've already seen it: Atli Mar @ EVE Vegas 2013 since seeing that, coupled with the changes, I literally have 0% doubt of a respec. He basically says the suits are coming together all at once because they need to coincide with a respec to minimise the disruptiveness of rebalancing. Gal Scout lvl 1 Min light Basic armor/shield Biotics 5, regs 3, HTH kins 1 PG/CPU lvl 1, dampening 3, lvl1 precision and range Weapons GEK, CR, RR, MD basic ADV smg, Flay, lvl 3 Knives lvl 1 remotes/nades No need to skill into shotty, militia holds it down just fine. Sniper fit: 'Templar Logistics' A-1 Basic Shield Repairer Complex Damage Mod Charge Sniper Rifle M209 Assault SMG Nanohive 'Templar' Drop Uplink Basic Armor Repairer Enhanced CPU Upgrade This thing will die in one hit from another sniper with stacked damage mods (or a Thale's/charge with Proficiency 3+), but other than that, it's pretty solid. The only other times it dies are running across the map without cover or taking a DS to the head. A usual match for me in this fit is 8+/0-1. Scout fit: 'Neo' Scout G/1-Series Basic Precision Enhancer Enhanced Damage Mod CRG-3 Shotgun M209 Assault SMG 'Templar' Drop Uplink Enhanced Range Amplifier Enhanced Profile Dampener I love this fit. It's cheap (except for that stupid AUR suit--LET'S GO, RESPEC!), fast, and basically invisible except for proto scanners and precision enhancers. Ie, the only time I get taken by surprise in this thing is by a proto scout, and there aren't too many of those. In this setup, I've been averaging 8+/3-4 a match. As long as I'm not outnumbered I usually come out on top in this fit. BTW, I have ~12m SP, ~10m actually invested, mostly in dropsuit upgrades and SR/shotty/SMG. Have you seen my baseball?

COVERT is going to spec 100% into SMG, CR, FL, MD after core upgrades are sorted and just spec 1 point into the other classes so I can use Republic advanced gear. I'm honestly thinking about redesigning it and figuring out a better setup since the mass driver is still my all time favorite weapon. Everything is one second behind where it actually is. Someone tell me the trick. Where do you aim? I've tried feet, ahead on the ground, chest.
