Hi,
I think the Caldari assault bonus are really useless...
5% faster recharge hybrid and railgun weapons / light and secondary weapons per level... WTF ? USELESS !!!
I think the best for us (I'm Caldari) is :
* 5% reduction pg and cpu on lights or secondary weapons per level
* 2% efficiency of lights weapons on the armor per level (all the ligts weapons (SCR, RR, CR, AR)
And for the Gallente :
* 5% reduction pg and cpu on lights or secondary weapons per level
* 2% efficiency of lights weapons on the shield per level (all the ligts weapons (SCR, RR, CR, AR)
PS: I know my English is.... bad 
So, what do you think about ? |

The Caldari assault isn't a sniper (with the cloack ^^)

When I play with a (A)RR, I needn't a lot of cartridge... And, with this bonu,s I have to play with the RR (who is going to be nerf...)
And the AR, CR SCR ? :/
I always play with the AR (and I'm not alone), this bonus is useless |

The reload time is a bit useless... I have lvl3 inn it for my AR...so, waaaw, I'LL BE ABLE TO RELAOD MY RIFLE IN 1.5 SECOND

You're wright, reload bonus is very useless, the best is : +x% DPS or +x% of the shield extenders |
