There had been many of discussions about how to set up a bounty system , and my friends I have found one. Individual players are not possible , but corporations are. To get started I would be planetary conquest only on specific districts. It's as simple as that anyone who has a grudge please feel free to post your hate / reward for a certain corps distric . For example klingt 5 distric 7 ancient exiles 20 million isk reward. This is only an example to give you an idea. Many people can pool and it will help shape pc into something that is not play dough. I will organize the reward and all bounties that are currently active.
Maybe in the future there will be a way for single players but not atm.

It could be 1 million isk no lower and I k ow of many corps that will put clones up and fulfill these contracts. So if you would like to place a bounty please do and another party is responsible for clones attack etc..

Bounty's for a single person is possible, you just have to have proof. If you do videos, that's not that difficult. If you don't, you'll have to scramble with a photo.
I mean you'd have to deal with getting random encounters UNLESS you're facing someone in a more repetitive space than Pubs(i.e. FW or PC).
The moment the PS4 has Dust on it, bounties will be easier as well. You can stream it and be done.

You know this is the thing, when someone comes up with a really cool idea that would help this game be more than just a lobby shooter. Options of things we can do without needing a patch fix for more content. Idiots that can't shoot yell stupid things like "Good luck with that" or "Are you paying for the clones?" Been here for two years and the game is stale and boring. I'm really glad for you if you've been here for two months and think you know what's going on. The reality is that you don't know ****. This is a really good idea that would really help the game move forwards and show CCP that we're not just asking for things all the time. If you need any help with this and I can help. Please let me know

Yes I know this went over it 100 times untill there is a system for it CORPS are the only thing you can bounty and check with out vs videos. It is to easy to fabricate.
