CCP want to nerf the Rail Rifle, but, do they want to nerf the Assault Rail Rifle ?

All the rifles (besides the Laser, Breach AR, and Tac AR) are probably going to get nerfed, and rightfully so. They're all OP.

They are addressing TTK which they want to increase which likely means a damage reduction to all rifles, which is an indirect buff to scouts which is why I am skilling into the caldari scout when it drops.

i'm pretty sure the ARR has even more dps than the normal RR. yes, it's very powerful.

I'm pretty sure they're looking into the balance of all the rifles, since they seem to contribute to the low TTK we have right now.

They should nerf that, along with the Combat Rifle.

nerf the rifles, buff the MD. great plan. it worked so well in the past i can totally understand them wanting to go back there. i miss the FOTM crowd running my MD anyway.
