I'm in love with this weapon I run it on my logi just a few questions in cqc is it worth taking to proto or any other ideas on a cqc weapon I'm not looking to be front line murdering the masses , I play support just to take care any flanking enemies or to help finish off a redberry

ya it's worth it there's also a 3 round burst version
it has like a %400 headshot bouns

Lorhak Gannarsei is a big fan of the Scrambler Pistol. If you see him in Learning Coalition chat you might want to ask him about it.
He was saying this morning that the importance of getting the higher level Scrambler Pistols was for the increased rate of fire.
I have not used Scrambler Pistols myself, because my aim is a bit suspect, so I generally avoid semi automatic weapons.

Well, quite frankly, yes.
Go for proto and then go for ammo/proficiency. After that get a little rapid reload or if you feel you are so profound with it just dedicate to proficiency. However I do not recommend using the Scrambler Pistol as your only weapon (so like that logi is a problem if it's not an Amarr logi [the best logi says the gallente scout]) because it lacks ammunition badly. There are two common methods in terms of compatible fits.
-Tanked: Given you have higher up counts of HP, you have a lot more time to react to danger, so that extra time in survival really allows you to line up a headshot and go to town on their dome with it.
-Stealth: Talk to a scout about the pistol and they'll tell you it's a solid weapon. With a stealth fit, you can line up shots unnoticed, step in right behind them and place 3 shots before they can react. I personally use it with range amps as well but that's not really an option for a logi unless you are a serious CQC fan.

Yes, they are worth it. Go with the assault and the increased rate of fire will make all the difference in the world.
