I'm more concerned with that Gallente Heavy Shotgun in fourth row, column two. So badass that it needs a scope on it.

It is the Amarr launcher, but not necessarily AV. MD is confirmed to be launcher type weapon by CCP, like swarms and plasma cannon, but its not AV; the entire 3rd row are all the racial launchers.

I don't think so. It's not phallic enough to be an Amarr weapon.

Doubt it. These are the scrambler rifle concepts.
Every weapon in that row is a launcher type weapon; the swarms, the plasma cannon, and the mass driver. According to CCP, these weapons are of the same type (launcher), the only one missing is the Amarr one, so I'm willing to bet its the Amarr launcher since all other launchers are in that same row.

??? The one the OP listed is by far more Amarrian design than any other racial design. And that shotgun looking one could be as well, considering it's definitely not Gallente since 1) Gallente already have a shotgun and 2) there's no plasma coil, and ruling out that it is too round to be Caldari and too clean to be Minmatar . . .

Nah, looks like an early rail rifle concept drawing, the only thing that looks remotely Amarrian is the weapon in the 3rd Columnm 2nd row.
