The council is still setting up its waiting list for PFC, but in the meantime there will be several districts coming available for corporations looking to become active members of the PFC community. Please plan on having a member chosen to act as a council representative who will vote on matters of rule creation and ruling on issues of enforcement. While the council will need to make final rulings in these matters there is a general expectation that you will be of sufficient size and activity level to field 16 members at once. As it stands until the council finishes the process of setting rules, one activity that will guarantee removal of your PFC district is locking your district after reaching full clones. We will get there when we can take and hold a district ourselves. We will not purchase a district. I have several PC ready Wolves that are available as ringers. BBW charges 2 million upfront and my mercs can negotiate any costs or fees after that. Who wants some?
