It's love. I murder taxi indoors, and constantly set up 'radar stations' by parking a saga with twin scanners next to the hack point.
Also on the gallente research, i managed to get one to the dom point.

But really it's through the door(only possible with Caldari lav's) up the stairs, across the walkway thingy, around the staircase, down the stairs, past the supply depot amd BAM.

I've never managed that one. Got one basically everywhere else, but not there. Will have to try again 
Happily printing ISK with permahardeners and MLT blasters.
Just let me get a couple mil more before nerf, CCP!

never underestimate me.
Also the med socket with the cru, supply depot on the ledge, and a staircase inside leading to it, i have yet to drove one up those metal bars.
