We recently joined the Negative Feedback alliance consisting of Teamplayers, Imperfects and Escrow Removal & Aquisition.
Also; we are now looking for 5 new employees. We currently have 35 members, we've set a cap at 50 total members max. This to ensure a tight team with a high degree of co-operation, this might increase if we get bigger than 16 vs 16 game modes. Its also of vital importance that we don't grow too fast, so perhaps 5 new members per month for the next 3 months? Lets see. We have guideline reqs at 3.5 KDR and 20 M SP, and of course a fair amount of swag. We are mostly european but we might accept US peeps. 0 tax.
We don't tolerate drama, if you're gonna act like a drama queen this is not the place for you, (Forum QQ is accepted and indeed encouraged). If you glitch or cheat in any way or form this is not the place for you. If you're constantly playing with the cheapest possible tactic this is not the place for you. If your favorite sport is to camp on top of something this is not the place for you. We play for the win.

The KDR req guideline goes for all time stat and indeed applies to logi's aswell. Rough estimate puts us at 10 + members that can field full proto logi and has a 5 + KDR.
That being said, we do have 2 players with about 2 KDR and about a handful with slightly less than 3.5. If the general performance and communication is up to standards I won't hold an all time KDR against anyone. I am not however interrested in pure "support logis" that don't have PC worthy gungame.

If you are that "competitive" why did you leave PC?
I can't figure you guys out, I like you al on a personal lvl ( I tend to squad with some of you and you are al a bunch of nice chaps )
However as a corp you do nothing but stomp the crap out of the skirm/Dom/ambush game modes.
My last game was a skirm and sure inuf there was some rainbow guys in full proto going 30/3 rocking full proto against a bunch of random reddots.
If you guys need a challenge use only starter fits that's how good you guys are.
But then maybe you just die a little more and kill a little less. But I am 100% sure you will still kick buttt.

Well up until lately when the District locking has gotten out of hand we've used to ring for all sorts of corps all the time. There was a period lasting several months where I and more of us played 2-5 CBs almost every day. Thats where my ISK stockpile comes from...
We do have plans to re-enter PC, we just got in the NF alliance 3 days ago, so now we have some backup aswell.
The main problem With PC is that we're currently 35 members in TRE and half of those are more or less inactive wich means that fielding a 16 man team can be very tricky.
Thats why we are looking for more members!
So when CCP fixes PC = removes the possibility to Lock a District without it costing lots of isk and we indeed get some more members we'll be back for sure. And yes I see the problem With needing more members to be able to play while still denying 95%+ of those who wants to join.... I'll rather waith a couple of extra months rather than fill the corp up With either sub standard players or a-holes we don't like....

While I respect that you are a bunch of talented players, and yes you do generally have good gun game - such a high KDR is nothing to really gloat about considering I have seen you for a long time noob stomping in pubs in your proto gear.
Granted you have not ONLY pub stomped noobs but my point still stands.
I also however find it questionable how much fun can be had with that sort of elitist mindset.

To asses the situation with the KDR and the protostomping let me explain you a few things.
You are reffering to a corporation in which the majority of the players have played over 500 corp battles pretty much against everyone.
I would like to kindly ask you to show your respect to the membership of the Rainbow Effect and it's veteran mercenaries.
Most of us have received badges of honors and our families are proud of our accomplishments. Our achievements reach beoynd everyone elses, granted they are not one of our own or have been in the past.
I do hope you understand now and I have faith in you guys that next time you get protostomped by us, you will smile, drop a tear, stand up and salute in the most militant fashion to deem your respect to your superiors, who you respect and love so much.

Oh dont get me wrong, I respect the skill I have seen from some of you guys over the months, its just, like others have said - why not challenge yourselves and run in starter fits or something like that?
We can dance back and forth behind cover, edging out that extra shot before your enemy does to win that close fire fight. Usually when I see you guys I'm in a frontline suit or something and like 4 or 5 shots and I am dead before I knew what hit me.
Even when I see you guys coming, I try to plan a strategy to engage you but I am totally out gunned. Even if I manage to sneak up behind you 9/10 times you turn round and waste me before I can even make a dent in your armour. |
