If I were CCP, I would regret the whole customization mechanic. The limited number of slots makes it difficult to balance all of these suits.
Sort of how like the gallante can be the best at sprinting/biotics, armor tanking, and armor repping, just because it has the most low slots.
The PC and SL should fit into the Sidearm slot so it's accessible and practical to carry one.
