To be honest mate they have responded recently and said that respecs of any kind, either full or partial - are still under discussion. If us the playerbase wants to push the issue, let the CPM guys know what you think. I think it is quite clearly obviously that the vast majority of the playerbase would very much like at least the dropsuit skills respeced.

They didn't know about the sticky remote mines They didn't know the scout LAV was going to be added We knew about the new bonuses before they did It's as simple as that. I still love and support this game but don't fool yourself into believing a false narrative.

Nor is FoxFour, Saberwing, Frame, Eterne, Delamorui Eddy, Falcon, or any other CCP dev who visits these forums. Really, the only producer that I know of who is a producer and has ever posted here was CCP Rouge. And really, most of the guys on that list are community managers, or work on other parts of the game, so they might not know of all the additions other departments have made.
