It would be cool if the show had iconic lore moments as episodes before the whole true stories thing
Stuff like
Tibus Heths rise to power and the invasion of caldari prime
The Minmatar invasion of Amarr space to rescue the Starkminer and other slaves

It would also be cool if we got a game that would work right before CCP goes all Hollywood.
Lorewise, I'd like to see a feature on how the Caldari fight from long range and yet their weapons do phenomenally well at CQ. What was the point of hanging back again?

I think it would be pretty cool :p
My English reacher today said that we were probably going to make short stories for the culminating project of the unit we are doing so I thought about doing an eve/dust related story. Any thoughts?

Yeah, the lore stuff is cool, but I do like the idea of the whole 'fictionalisation of player-created events' thing.

Considering the blatantly obvious fact that the show will be mostly, if not entirely, based on the events that occurred as a direct result of player-to-player interaction, it is extremely likely that any lore such as the history of the Amarr, Gallente, Minmatar, and Caldari, will end up being just filler while the main story will be about the actions of the players themselves.
So when making the pilot episode, it is likely to have just a brief overview of how humanity originated from the Milky Way Galaxy, discovered a giant wormhole to an unknown part of space, and then resulted in the creation of the four empires after the collapse of the Eve gate which sealed off the colonists from their original home galaxy. This alone will probably take about 20-30 minutes alone to explain.
After that, it will likely switch focus to the first recorded incident in Eve Online that happened back in 2003. The assault by MoO.
