Please have them contain blueprints again. I'm looking through the W.A.R kits wanting to purchase them. However as they are all consumables I have no desire to. I don't mind the cheaper ones being consumable, but the more expensive ones should not be.

CCP won't do that there making them consumables so you run out of isk and have to pay aurum to keep playing to proto level so in a nut shell earning CCP more money = most expensive free to play game ever

I disagree, I have lots of blueprints but chose to run ADV + gear so I run out of money anyway. As far as proto gear goes, if one was so inclined there is always FW. The only thing I use AUR for now is the boosters.

IMO it's too late. The corps and individuals locking districts are never going to need income ever again. When PC is changed, the new competition will be at a HUGE disadvantage. It's amazing that is gone on so long.
I'd rather have BPOs worth a hand full of isk than districts that spew isk like a gushing *****. In fact I'm thinking of buying the eve anniversary pack for the BPOs. Unless it doesn't work that way.

I honestly do not think it would ruin p2p trading. sure less people would buy standard gear, but blueprints would sell as new ones came out. since there are no proto blueprints people would still have to buy their better gear.

But that's not how it works. CCPs plans are to remove Blueprints completely in the long run, or completely change how they work. It might as well happen that you have to use these blueprints to create these items in the future.
