ScR still works fine to me. I first just pulled it out again as I often forget about it. I don't even use an Amarr Assault suit and I have no proficiency in it and can still take out all kinds of people as a rule. I don't think anything happened to it, and if there was, I'm not bothered by it.

The SCR is the glitchiest gun in the game. I've watched the damage a do to players and it fluctuates every game, every encounter.
Some days, it's broke. Some days, its the inst-killing machine of hatemail worthiness.
This can be said about the shot gun as well.

I haven't had any issues with my Templar SCR lately. Also pretty sure no ninjas have been seen near it recently.

The shield suits might make the Scrambler actually useful again. Having proficiency 5 in a weapon that I don't use anymore kida sucks :/

The auto SCR sucks, but the semi one still works wonders, the RR just competes with it pretty hard.
