Or the flaylock because it fires faster and hitting only with spash damage it'll take 4-6 shot with a flaylock vs 2-3 with a plasma cannon. Put complex damage mods in the highs and a repper in one low, and suddenly the story looks a bit different. (Sentinel would have 1688.4 EHP, Heavy Frame would have 1525.6 EHP.) I think it's safe to say that it's possible for PLC to one-shot heavies. Even some proto ones. This is coming from a dedicated heavy that still thinks PLC is underpowered. You might be able to catch other scouts with its splash. For the most part though, it requires a direct hit to kill most people.
