It takes a while for devs to get around to doing things......locking districts has been around since PC started.

Meh...
I challenge EVERYONE!
I'm the corp psychopath and poverty man.
Anyways, I always mess with CCP for fun. CCP Saberwing was cool with it and I talked with him for a bit and hanged with him once. I don't play Dust that much anymore so I don't know when I'll see him again. He is the only Dev who can go positive. Saberwing I salute you O7. I mess with CCP CMDRWang and the others every time I see them. I'll train Wang one day... I swear!
I had fun messing with CCP Lockingbro but he mentioned his boss is CCP AluminumFalcon. After reading that, I decided to lay off messing with him because if his boss got involved, then CCP Lockingbro might be getting in trouble himself which I don't want to see happen.
I actually have a post like this in my corp thread about when it will happen but meh.
I just like to have fun and goof around BUT if things get serious, I become serious. CCP Lockingbro's boss started posting... things got serious because a thought popped in my head "His boss might be mad that he is not keeping things under control".
So forth...
I, the War Room's psychopath hereby decree peace between me and CCP.
I'll back off... until next time 
Until that day... I leave you all with an inside sneak peak pre-order collectors edition look of what goes on in my mind. :P
