I would really like an Electrical/Flux like shotgun that is much like the Rail Rifle. And we have something like this already in real life where it can either stun or potentially kill someone based on the electrical voltage implemented. Something that has either a high rate of fire much like an Assault shotgun with less DPS or have it much like the breach slower but more powerful. Idk, any ideas/thoughts?

Well, Caldari does use electromagnetic rails to fire the Railguns, so it's not that much of a stretch to use it for taser-like weapons.

the scrambler weapons are electrolasers(think like a taser, except with instead of darts and wires.), so if anyone gets an electrified shotty, its the amarr.
I still want the caldari rail shotgun though. I'm imagining pump action, with slugs or very low spread.
If you hear the words "WORTH IT!" look about, something hilarious just happened.

I thought it was Caldari based, I mean it's a Rail Shotgun...Wouldn't Amar be more Heat focused? Not so much "Electrical"? |

The Caldari Shotgun would have to deal more damage to Armor and be like the Breach Shotgun, with high damage and a slower rate of fire.
I like it =)

the amarr "close range" weapons are the scrambler type ones. the scramblers are electrolasers, which use a precise laser frequency to create a plasma channel which has near zero resistance for electricity to transfer massive voltage.
the caldari tech is railguns(and missiles, but that's beside the point) which use electricity and inductance to accelerate projectiles to speeds which provide an incredible trauma to mass ratio.(current models are 1/80th the strength of a tank's main gun in this game, and are as strong as a cruise missile strike from over the horizon kinds of distances, using a 7 pound aluminum slug. for refference, a tomahawk cruise missile(the one it's compared to) is 2,900 pounds without a booster and takes substantially more time to get there)
