1.8-ish... RESET EVERYONE (but dont wipe out SP... listen, im onto something...)
day 1, give everyone 1mil SP
day 8, 2mil SP
day 15 3mil SP
keep this progression till everyone receives all their HARD EARNED SP back, but at a pace that WONT KILL the playerbase...
the KDR WHINEBAGS will just wait for their SP back (giving n00bs a MUCH NEEDED break from them)
also implement the MLT/STD GAMEMODE) i describe in "Request/Feedback" section
this must ALSO coincide with the SAME MARKETING Uprising received
discuss please... i cant link my "Request/Feedback" post bc im on PS3 Browser
*NOTE*
once a player reaches their previous SP total, it defaults to how it is now...

I think tier game modes would be more than enough, and just scale the awards with the tier game modes.

He is probably close. He's a pre release player that I'm pretty sure ran passive and active boosters since release.

yes, I played through 2 betas and amassed hundreds of hours of gameplay so I could have all my progress ripped from me hands handed back in small increments over an undefined amount of time. all for the benifit of new players because that is most certainly an easier and clearly a better solution than oh say getting the game in decent enough shape to expand and retain it's player base...

Well, my buddy has been running passives and actives (Including a large number of omegas) and capping most weeks for the past year is sitting at 38 mil. So, throw in some Omegas, and yea, this could be feasible.. Or literally 100s of games after cap each week.
