I'll still be using it with ACR Ismg, using split complex dmg mods.
Tank comes later.
Best tank i've got atm is 333/272.
If i'm not required to carry equipment, it's 404/155 with a regulator, recharger and Cr/ismg.

Highest I could get mine would be 520/386 or 906.
That's like with only a standard Scrambler Pistol =ƒÿà

Theu haven't released the Medium Suit new Stats yet.
It'smhighly likely that the Minnie will end up
High Speed
Low Base EHP
4H - 4L (Assuming Proto Assaults will have 8slots total)
This will give the minmatar a dual tanker and a damn good one at that.
A jack of all trades if you will.

Monkey, I don't think the Minmatar should be Jack of all trades and preferably not brick tankers (That's the Amarr's role).

Probably not, sure, it can be good at it due to damage increase, but so can the Cal-scout, it's harder to ambush.
If you're talking raw damage then in that regard it would be the best sniper.
But also the best light AV.
And killer.
But probably not just a sniper.
At this point it's difficult to say really.
I am part shovel, part man, full scout, and a little bit special.

Well with an Amarr Suit you brick tank, so you just stack as many health moduless you can.
Benifits include a High EHP buffer . . . and that's about it.
With a minmatar suit you dual tank, so you put both amour and shield based modules but with out bricking on as many as possible.
Benifits include
Equal Resistance to most kinds of Attack
More Speed than Armour Tanker
Left over slots, etc
Lower requirements.
With a minmatar you run an armour plate and whatever else you feel like.
On your highs you can fit a shield extender, energizer, damage mod, range amplifier.
You get all the benifits of armour tanking, all the benifits of shield tanking and none of the negatives.
