Same I thought about the Scp but then after testing I figured it probably not useful in a PC so I may just use the SCR.

whatever your Amarr Scout build is just make one tweak: put it on the Gallente Scout instead. You'll do it faster, with further scan radius, built in armor rep, and absurdly better natural dampening. All for the low low price of 40ish EHP and the MLT level stamina boost that is the Amarr racial ability. |

Prism Canon. Amarrian shotgun that projects a number of small crystalline spines which reflect a brief pulse of energy between them, increasing penetrative and destructive power out to range.
Or same device which holds the pulse energy withing a barrel lines with reflective crystal lining allowing the user to either fire a standard shotgun like blast, or charge up altering the weapons cone of fire.

Wasn't that in Code Geass?
Mecha with a chest beam, but it also has a crystal launcher. The crystal flies outwards until it's in the middle of the group then BZZZT PEW PEW KAPLOWWW!

Just like the Geth Plasma Shotgun, in that it fires different rounds than the standard Shotgun.
You could do this by shooting a Pulse through a prysmatic gemstone, which would separate the beam into many different ones. Only good at close range, but, then again, it's a shotgun.

Generally lean towards alpha damage weapons on the scout as sustained fights are not winners for the scout.
Trying to go Amarr themed then
Scrambler pistol is beastly for this, use it a lot.
Scrambler Rifle has a versatility to it that is beautiful for a scout. Alpha ranged damage (charged shot) ability to put out a fair amount of firepower when needed.
Combo those two and good times to be had.
Shotgunning with the Amarr Scout will be nice.
Amarr equivalent for a shotgun I envision something that shoots out a Lazor ConeGǪ Asthetically the gun itself should form around the forearm with the beam emitter akin to Megaman blaster arm, but gold with that fancy etching that the Amarr weaponry has.
