I have not gotten that issue from Dust anymore where my PS3 would shut off and the fans would go into turbo mode all of the sudden. Yay!
It use to make me very worried because my PS3 would not turn on at all for the next 10 minutes and would just blink orange...
While every other game takes my PS3 out on a date and they make out after the first couple of nights, Dust is that guy that just comes in the dark alley and rapes my PS3.

Yep, i remember changing my HDD for MAG after 2.0, Dust forced my system to restart, even after i did "Restoring your PS3 File System & Database" : http://community.us.playstation.com/t5/PlayStation-Home-Support/Restoring-your-PS3-File-System-amp-Database-Helps-to-Maintain/td-p/37322987
In the end I decided to remove my HDD and dump in a 20GB 5400RMP HDD and still have 12GB left over
In otherwordz, i'd rather a 20GB HDD D!Es on me, due to DUST 514 being as unstable as MAG 2.0, while I keep my 750GB HDD safe with all my other games installed which don't appear to crash my system Now my PS3 runs fine  w/o DUST on my main HDD.
DON'T SPEND CA$H ON DUST 514
CCP WILL ONLY GIVE YOU AUR AFTER THEY REMOVE YOUR BPOs WHICH U SPENT REAL MONGé¼Y ON!
